Business Development Manager

What we are looking for 

Reporting to the Commercial Director, as the Business Development Manager, you will help grow and develop our business following our sales strategy. You will ensure the sales objectives in fixed-price, time & materials and business support are all met.

As a business developer you will play a key role in the acquisition of new customers (B2B) and fostering strong relations with our existing customers. You identify and convert leads into sales for our different COE.

Your responsibilities include 

  • Drive new customer acquisition growth by making outbound calls (cold-calling)
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Utilize your existing network to boost sales and close deals
  • Build future sales by managing a pipeline of prospects through customer relationship building and market awareness
  • You respond to RFP’s, tenders and develop sales with new customers
  • Attending conferences and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Providing accurate input for sales forecasts and plans
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, contracts
  • Following the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closing and account management


Desired Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant or similar experience
  • Prior experience in IT services or consulting services
  • Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls daily
  • Proven communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills in a B2B environment
  • Strong “hunter” approach
  • Independent mindset and initiative-taker
  • Result oriented
