(Salesforce) Project Manager

  • As a (Salesforce) Project Manager, you will be joining our existing Salesforce team, a Salesforce Summit Partner (in Belgium)
  • You’ll be working on local and international projects.
  • You’ll be managing an internal project team and coordinating the delivery of digital transformation projects for our top clients.
  • You are responsible for your team’s resource allocation, team coordination and optimizing productivity.
  • You are the voice to our customers, and you'll need to build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and keep them informed about project progress.
  • Together, we build on the ambitious growth of our Salesforce practice.

Vereisten

Your skills include

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management (including consulting expertise)
  • Leadership: with your leadership skills you motivate the team and contribute to creating a collaborative environment in which everyone within the team can excel
  • Experienced in Scrum Agile methodology, you have a proven track record of effectively implementing Agile principles to drive project success.
  • Industry knowledge: ideally you have expertise in managing projects in a manufacturing, retail or pharma & life sciences industry.
  • Hands-on & pro-active mentality
  • Experience in Customer Experience platforms (preferably Salesforce)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English/Dutch
